Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp minced shallot or scallion
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tablespoon salt (or to taste)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon red or white wine vinegar
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup good quality olive oil
- freshly ground pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients in a screw top jar and shake.
- Store in the refrigerator
