Blue Cheese Sauce

Any type of blue cheese is suitable for this steak sauce. Experiment with different types to find your favourite.

Ingredients

  • 150g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and mash the blue cheese into the cream.
  • Warm until melted.
  • Season with freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serve over steak.

If the sauce is too runny, thicken it with a little cornflour and water.
