Ingredients
- Button mushrooms
- White wine
- Olive Oil
- Garlic, crushed
- Fresh Thyme, 3 to 4 sprigs
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Wash the mushrooms and remove the stalks. Pat dry.
- Combine all the other ingredients in a baking dish and whisk together.
- Add the mushrooms
- Bake with a lid on for 15 to 20 minutes
Serve with steak and crusty bread to mop up the juices.
Use some of the liquid to make a steak sauce by adding cream and worcestershire sauce in the steak pan while the steak is resting.
