Enjoy this vanilla and maple syrup flavoured chia pudding for breakfast with your choice of toppings.
Ingredients
- 170 g vanilla almond milk
- 15 g maple syrup
- 30 g chia seeds
Directions
- In a medium sized jar with a lid, combine the vanilla almond milk, maple syrup then the chia seeds.
- Tighten the lid and shake until combined.
- Let it sit for 1 minute then shake again.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Stir before serving.
Suggested toppings: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, banana, sliced nectarine, almond flakes, walnuts.
