Enjoy this vanilla and maple syrup flavoured chia pudding for breakfast with your choice of toppings.

Ingredients

  • 170 g vanilla almond milk
  • 15 g maple syrup
  • 30 g chia seeds

Directions

  • In a medium sized jar with a lid, combine the vanilla almond milk, maple syrup then the chia seeds.
  • Tighten the lid and shake until combined.
  • Let it sit for 1 minute then shake again.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir before serving.

Suggested toppings: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, banana, sliced nectarine, almond flakes, walnuts.
